Let's start.
First of all, you need to find a webhosting provider which supports wordpress.
If you are an expert in blogging, you can choose bluehost for this purpose.
Bluehost is a powerful wordpress hosting website which is paid.
If you are a starter in blogging field, you can use 2freehosting.
Use 2freehosting only for learning basics of wordpress hosting.
Some wp features will not work on free hostings !!
Create an account in 2freehosting.
Confirm your email id and login to your cpanel of hosting account.
In cpanel section, click on create a new site option.
Put your website name and password.
Enter captcha and hit on create.
Your website is ready now.
Refresh the window for activating your newly created website.
Click on switch button of your website.
A new window will appear there. This is called dashboard of your website.
Find "Auto installer" from the dashboard and click there.
On next window, choose you wp blog login details like username and password.
Then install wordpress there.
Now wait a little time to complete the installation.

At next window, they will ask for your blog user name and password.
